LEVITY, the label that has helped kick start the careers of indie darlings CUT OFF YOUR
HANDS and MERCY ARMS, is pleased to announce a new weekly music event called
LEVITY NIGHTS. The best thing to do on a Thursday night!
Over a series of 14 weeks, LEVITY NIGHTS will host some of the most impressive indie
based DJs and bands Australia has on offer, along with some surprise international guests,
bringing them all together for your aural pleasure, and the best part? You can catch it all at
the Hollywood Hotel, one of Sydney's most iconic pubs and best-kept secrets.
LEVITY NIGHTS is brought to you in conjunction with BOUNDARY SOUNDS (the team
behind PURPLE SNEAKERS) and will feature the superlative talents of resident DJs including
PhDJ, VIVIENNE KINGSWOOD AND NICK FINDLAY.
LEVITY NIGHTS kick off on Thursday 29th May with Sydney band THE HOLIDAYS, who
recently burst onto the scene with their breezy, upbeat indie pop songs, a soundtrack to
anyone's well earned break! THE HOLIDAYS, who have toured with Jamie T, The View and
Ben Kweller to name but a few, will be joined by RED RIDERS DJs as well as our resident
DJs NICK FINDLAY and PhDJ.
Future LEVITY NIGHTS guests include MTV's latest headline grabbing VJ, RUBY ROSE,
CUT OFF YOUR HANDS, MIAMI HORROR, THE KNIFE, 2ONAJOYRIDE plus heaps more
to be announced!
