Well, we did it. Purple
Sneakers is turning 3. You know when you think about it, 3 years of
life for a human is not a huge achievement. So you stopped sh*tting your pants.
Big deal! Get a job!
However…. 3 years in Sydney club land is a mighty
achievement. Especially for an indie club. Since opening our doors way back
when in 2005 over 78,000 punters have said “Party” and without fail, for 3
years, we have said ‘F*ck yeah!’

would like to thank everyone who has come and partied with us, and as a sign of
our appreciation we have a one of a kind line-up with a few surprises as well!!
Bringing back some of our favourite guests over the years, we have the one of the raddest (and cutest) VJs around JANE GAZZO. DOOLS (JJJ), CHRIS TAYLOR (THE CHASER) and DAMON HERRIMAN (LOVE MY WAY) are also dropping by to play some of their favourite tunes alongside the one and only KNIFE. Be sure to stick around for the first ever PURPLE SNEAKERS DJ ROYALE!! That's 4 CDJs, 5 DJs and some honest to god mayhem! And playing upstairs in the Sneakers Lounge Room will be WONS PHREELY doing a one-person-punk-show!
Don't forget to wear your PLAIN WHITE TEE'S! We will be doing our very own customised, never to repeated t-shirts on the night! All you have to do is wear a plain white tee for us to spray paint and you will walk away with the first ever Purple Sneakers t-shirt! No 2 will be the same!
